Begin with a task your team understands
AIO recommends describing one real process before requesting an AI demonstration. Specify its inputs, expected output, current problems and responsible staff. Ask a potential supplier to explain where AI helps and which steps use ordinary software or rules.
Use representative examples with sensitive details removed. A polished demonstration is useful evidence of a capability, but does not establish reliability in your own environment.
Ask about delivery and ongoing care
Request a clear account of integration requirements, data access, human approval, support responsibilities and recurring charges. Check what happens when the system produces an incomplete answer or a connection fails.
Agree on a limited pilot and review criteria. Compare completed work, staff checking time, correction effort and costs against the existing process. Clarify how the trial can be paused and how your data can be retrieved.
The practical opportunity is to find a suitable partner for a defined need. An event’s headline figures do not replace that assessment.
